I send Gilbert home- his track record of town defense is not good -and choose Landis to defend the shop town, which is in retrospect not the finest, most upstanding citizen of Idea Town. I spend a lot of money on Boots, but we hold.

And hey, we're sending a steady stream of enemies limping home crying, so I'd say we're doing alright.

It's Tristan! FLAIL meets with the prince and, due to his high Alignment, Charisma, Reputation, and Hair, convinces Tristan to join the Revolution. We're one step closer to achieving our dream!

...uh. We leave most of Tristan's unit in drydock and send him out to recruit, because he can get Mages/Goetics and Priests, as well as Knights and Samurai and... Mermaids? Funky. But Tristan himself is a General, the same class as Debonair. We put him in the front row against better judgement, because three attacks instead of one is too good to pass up.

I see why he outranks FLAIL- he's got even more and better hair. We task him with capturing the town nearest Apros' castle- apologies to Rauny, but I think the prince's revenge beats a medieval episode of Maury, yes?
