See, Japanese Playstation systems use Circle for confirm and X for cancel, but the button settings are seemingly a system-side thing on the PS3. In other words, if you have a North American Playstation 3, X will be confirm and Circle will be cancel. The exception is the Confirm Purchase menu, where you have to press Circle to confirm your purchase. This is extremely confusing.
